Nana's Chestnut Stuffing
2 lb chestnuts (I boil them, then cut them in 1/4's to get out the meat)
1 cup bread crumbs (I use Progresso Italian)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
Grind the chestnuts and mix in other ingredients. Add more half and half
as needed. Stuffs a 20 lb turkey.
